Calling Digital specialists! This is a truly exciting time for Moove Europe – we’ve just launched our new Marketing organisation and we have one very big, new role to fill: Digital Manager.
We know that better Digital lies at the heart of our future Marketing offer and we’re looking for an experienced, energetic, dynamic and flexible Digital specialist to help us.
Whilst we don’t quite have a blank page, there is a huge scope for the new postholder to really start afresh and lead a strategic, digital vision for our organisation.
About your role:
As with the entire Marketing organisation, the purpose of the role is very strongly aligned to the Sales Process from Lead Generation to supporting existing customers. The role is as much about digital activation of our various brands, as it is the execution of our lead management communication plans.
There are three main parts of the role:
Execution and management of the digital elements in our lead generation campaigns – incl. analysis and reporting
Managing Moove Europe’s Digital infrastructure: websites, Apps, and social media
Supporting digital elements of ‘traditional channel’ customers’ marketing
As the resident digital specialist, you will also get to support other business areas as they develop their digital offers – from Customer Services to helping our HR teams manage our internal brand.
(The role will be based at our European Head Office in Gravesend, Kent, with the potential for travel both in the UK and internationally.)

We think your experience will be from a marketing background, and of course with dedicated digital roles. Given the high interaction with our agency teams, agency-side experience would also be beneficial for the postholder. Experience of dealing with online Sales Channels (such as Amazon) and other e-retail will help. Experience of social media, paid SEM and SEO, as well as digital content management are also required. A background of online Direct Marketing, use of CRM and Prospect Management systems is also essential. Given the high level of commercial and analytical work involved, you might also have a mathematical, analytical or statistical background (academic or professional). Lastly, but by no means least, you need to be an effective communicator – able to help figure out and then ‘sell’ the story.
