Field Marketing Manager
Calling Superhero Marketers! This is a truly exciting time for Moove Europe – we’ve just launched our new Marketing organisation and following an internal promotion, we have one very big, role to fill: International Field Marketing Manager for our Moove Pro-Brands Business Unit.
Your role will include:
In traditional organisations, this role might be referred to as a ‘junior Marketing manager role’ - at Moove, all roles are equal. The postholder will be an equal member of the Business Unit Sales management team as well as the central Marketing and Business Intelligence team.
Primarily responsible for Communications activation, the Marketing team and function is fully integrated to the Sales Process from Lead Generation to supporting existing customers. With key distribution partners right across EAME, a large proportion of the work will be helping our customers amplify our marketing activities and investments.
This is a broad-based, generalist Marketing role, with responsibility for
Devising the annual marketing plan for the Business Unit
Delivering Marketing support to the Sales Process from Lead Generation to customer delivering Key/Strategic customer marketing plans
Developing marketing programmes and promotions for Sales to implement
Market insight and analysis
Beyond their day-to-day responsibilities, the postholder will have full exposure to the rest of the Moove Europe organisation and the opportunity to work on cross company, transformative projects.
What you will need to succeed:

Given the diverse nature of our own organisation as well as the nature of our client base right across EAME, you need to be experienced and comfortable with adapting your style to suit different cultural norms.
We think your experience will be from a marketing background, with a strong bias towards B2B marketing. Managing agencies, budgets, and close collaboration with Sales teams is essential for the successful candidate. Our decision-making is focussed on Return – this role leans more towards commercial, than creative and so a mathematical, analytical or statistical would certainly help. Most importantly, you need to be an effective communicator – able to help figure out and then sell the story.
