Field Sales Manager (DSR) - Midlands and North Region

Do you have previous experience in building good customer relationships and developing business? We have an opportunity for a Sales/ Account Manager with a proven track record selling lubricants products to the industrial market.

Your role will include:

  • Managing existing accounts.

  • Identifying and developing opportunities for new business with both existing and potential customers .

  • Gaining a strong understanding of our premium brand value add and technical advantages to maximise sales

  • Maintaining a knowledge of the market and staying current on industry needs, requirements, and trends.

  • Developing a good understanding of the industrial market sector challenges and opportunities.

  • Providing advice and recommendations to customers on industrial lubricants and lubrication issues.

  • Undertaking regular account reviews of existing customers.

Key skills required

  • Experience in Solution Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.

  • Experience in Paper or Metal Industrial highly desirable

  • Strong demonstrable value added and solutions sales skills.

  • A motivated and driven personality, a pro-active self-starter.

  • A solutions finder with entrepreneurial flair who is willing to take the initiative.

  • Excellent relationship builder.

  • Confident communicator and presenter at all levels who interacts well with colleagues and customers.

  • Highly effective time management, administrative and organisational skills to work autonomously are essential.

  • A flexible approach to work and business travel.
