HR Business Partner - Gravesend

We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People and Culture team to be based in our European Head office in Gravesend, Kent.  

As a People and Culture Business Partner with Moove Europe  you will be providing Human Resources support to designated business units, working with a global team. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing partnerships across the business to deliver value-added service to management and employees.

  • Partnering and consulting with management on human resource-related issues

  • Championing/leading change initiatives.

  • Leading from a people perspective on key strategic priorities for the business.

  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. 

  • Providing day-to-day HR Policy guidance and performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). 

  • Taking ownership of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and development.  

  • Providing guidance and input on Talent Management including workforce planning and succession planning. 

  • Identifying training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. 

We are looking for someone who has a relevant HR qualification and experience working in an HR Business Partner function.

Core skills required are:

  • Commercial and financial awareness 

  • Business acumen – understanding how the business operates. 

  • Relationship/account management to include – negotiation, contracting, consultancy, facilitation, influencing, presentation and communication skills 

  • Ability to coach senior managers including the ability to manage difficult discussions 

  • Current Employment Law knowledge
