Supply Chain Analyst

Based in Gravesend, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Analyst to join a progressive manufacturer and supplier of lubricants and chemical for the automotive industry.

Main responsibilities include …

  • Process work sheets (Production Sheets) on the SAP system.

  • Monitor and review the label changes on daily basis and keep the system up to date.

  • Work closely with marketing on label & product changes and keep system up to date

  • Responsible for BOM’s process.

  • Initiating and tracking the process with Marketing, Operations, Quality and procurement for BOM’s to update.

  • Responsible for GRN’s for the goods.

  • Part of the team to manage monthly and annual stock takes, controlling loses in warehouse.

  • Leading projects and continuously improving processes

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators and metrics for supported operations

  • Assure compliance with business controls and operations integrity management systems requirements

  • Ensure conformance with all company environmental, health, and safety requirements: actively support and participate in the company health and safety procedures

Key Skills

  • A bachelor's degree

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detailed -oriented; proficient in the use of computers

  • Proven proactive and self-starter skills; displays ownership, initiative, and drive

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders; strong interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to manage deadlines

  • Results oriented

  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a team environment

  • Proven ability to perform in a culturally diverse workforce

  • Experience in production planning (desirable not essential)

  • Strong stock control experience (desirable not essential)

  • Ideally experience in similar industry, manufacturing or FMCG (desirable not essential)

  • Excellent skills in Excel, SAP (desirable not essential)
